<p>Mit der Gründung seines eigenen Unternehmens im Bereich <strong>Maschinenbau</strong> folgte ein weiteres Jahrzehnt, in dem er sein erworbenes Wissen in Entwicklung, Produktion, Vertrieb, Service sowie den Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitern erfolgreich weiterentwickelte.</p>

<p>Nach dem Studium startete Hartmut Pleyer als Entwicklungsingenieur und war unter anderem als Projektleiter verantwortlich für den Bereich Robotersteuerungen. Danach wechselte er zu einem international führenden, nordamerikanischen Hersteller von Automatisierungs-Lösungen in den Vertrieb. Hier nahm er verschiedene Führungspositionen wahr, unter anderem Leiter Regionalvertrieb in Deutschland, Sales Director Schweiz und Manager Business Development DACH. Zuletzt war er bei einem namhaften, deutschen Hersteller von Automatisierungs- und Antriebslösungen tätig und führte unter anderem als Geschäftsführer die Vertriebsorganisation Deutschland und die international ausgerichtete Service-Organisation.</p>
<p>Heute ist Hartmut Pleyer Managementberater für den Bereich Vertrieb und Service mit Fokus auf den Maschinen- und Anlagenbau und deren Zulieferer.</p>
